Warranty and Return Policy
Unopened products in new condition may be returned within 30 days for credit. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers returning products are responsible for all return freight charges. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a credit.
Allied Mineral Products, Inc. (“Allied”) provides its’ customers with a 30-day warranty that the products, at the time of shipment, conform to the specifications stated on the product page (at which point this warranty will expire). Customer must make a claim for breach of warranty prior to the expiration of the 30-day warranty period, notwithstanding any longer statute of limitations. ALLIED MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY. ALLIED MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT GOODS SHALL BE MERCHANTABLE OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Allied’s sole liability and its’ customer’s exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty is expressly limited to Allied’s choice of replacement or refund. Any such replacement or refund will be made only if (i) the customer returns the non-conforming products, freight prepaid and (ii) Allied inspects the product and determines that it is non-conforming. All replacement products will be shipped back to customer freight free. Products returned to Allied for warranty claims will remain the property of Allied and will not be returned.
